This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of kavixo's AI image and video generation platform. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. kavixo is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and legal AI generation environment.

Prohibited Content

You may not use kavixo's platform to generate, upload, or distribute content that:

1. Sexually Explicit or Adult Content

• Pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit material of any kind
• Sexually suggestive or provocative imagery
• Content depicting sexual acts, nudity, or sexual gratification
• Sexually-oriented text prompts intended to generate prohibited imagery

2. Harmful Content Involving Minors

• Any content involving minors in sexual or suggestive contexts
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — we report all instances to authorities
• Content that sexualizes minors or depicts them in inappropriate situations

3. Violence and Harm

• Content promoting or glorifying violence, self-harm, or suicide
• Graphic depictions of gore, torture, or extreme violence
• Instructions or encouragement to cause physical harm

4. Hate Speech and Discrimination

• Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic
• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation content

5. Illegal and Fraudulent Content

• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Deepfakes or manipulated media intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others
• Content used for impersonation, fraud, or identity theft
• Content infringing on intellectual property rights, copyrights, or trademarks

6. Deceptive and Misleading Content

• Misinformation intended to cause harm or public disruption
• Content impersonating real individuals without clear disclosure
• Generated content presented as authentic without appropriate labeling

7. Unauthorized Commercial Use

• Creating content that competes with kavixo's platform
• Using our services to replicate or build competing AI services
• Reverse engineering or extracting underlying AI models

User Responsibilities

As a user of kavixo, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring that your prompts and generated content comply with this AUP
• Not attempting to circumvent content moderation systems
• Reporting violations of this policy to our team
• Maintaining appropriate use of your account and generated content

Content Moderation

kavixo uses automated content moderation systems to screen prompts before generation. Content that violates this policy will be blocked. We reserve the right to review generated content and user activity to ensure compliance.

Enforcement

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

• Warning notices
• Temporary suspension of access
• Permanent termination of your account
• Forfeiture of unused credits
• Reporting to relevant authorities when required by law

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether content violates this policy.
